FAQs

Why did you start Lemonade?
We recognize the need for a programme that will provide the Filipino youth with the tools, guidance, and support to confront today’s challenges.

We would like to create an opportunity for them to learn who they are, believe that they can be who they want to be, and champion care, kindness, and humanity in their communities.
Why Lemonade?
We were inspired by the adage that goes, “When life hands you lemons, make lemonade.” In the face of today’s challenges, we’d like to help the youth learn how they can grow as individuals, and build caring communities.

We’d like them to always find, even in the bleakest circumstances, a space and chance to make things better.
What is the Lemonade mentorship programme?
Our mentorship programme is an initiative that aims to provide the youth with active guidance, support, and learning opportunities to become confident, competent, and compassionate individuals and members of their communities.
How do you find mentors?
For our first rollout, our mentors will be the members of our Execom, BOT, and advisory group.

Future ones will be rigorously screened by the board, according to strict standards of character, ability to work with the youth, and a track record of community service and advocacy.
How can I sign up to go through the programme?
